- The holidays are calculated on a stay of 7 nights with arrival and departure on Sunday for the 8-day travel, or a stay of 5 nights with arrival on Sunday and departure on Friday for the 6-day trips.
- The holidays are organized throughout the year.
The holidays are confirmed when the minimum number of participants have booked, as described in the programmes; in the event that the minimum number of participants has not been reached, the participants will take part in an equivalent holiday, of the same duration and course theme. Only the destination will change.
In the event that the holiday during the scheduled week can not take place, and is cancelled by Buongiorno Liguria, you are entitled to reimbursement of the fare of the cancelled tickets, provided they have already been paid for before the cancellation.
- The price of each holiday includes:
* 7 nights in a bed & breakfast based on half board for the 8-day holidays;
* 5 nights in a 3 - or 4star hotel based on half board basis for the 6-day holidays;
* All excursions with transport and / or guide, as described in the programmes;
* All course lessons, including teachers and teaching materials,
* All entrance fees, as described in the programmes;
* A BUONGIORNO LIGURIA apron for cooking;
* Wine at dinner for the 8-day holidays.
- The price does not include:
* transport, UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED
* drinks at dinner for the 6-day holidays;
* insurance.
- Prices are valid for the whole year 2009 and are per person based on double occupancy.
- Single rooms are available only in exceptional cases, at a surcharge.
- For cancellation the following penalties are charged:
* From the day of booking to 60 days before arrival: no charge;
* 59 days to 45 days before arrival: 10% of the total amount;
* 44 days to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the total amount;
* 29 days to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount;
* 14 days to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount;
* 6 days to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount;
* 2 days to arrival: 100% of the total amount;
- The booking is confirmed after receipt of payment of 30% of total price;
The balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.
- Payments can only be made by bank transfer, stating the name of the participants and the chosen holiday.
- The travel documents will be sent by email on receipt of the balance.
- Complaints are handled only when reported in writing (email or fax) within 8 days after return.
